This was an intentional change to compensate for our increased power level.

This is in response TO Aya's post. The nightfall recommended light level is 540 so you for argument sake you you want a really high score in strange terrain so you want to set your multiplyer to 210 because of the Obvious power increase. NOW TRY THE NIGHTFALL AND SEE HOW YOU DO.. The card has increased the handicap to 210 so then you take 210 of 750 and you'll get the recommended light level a max power level that we can go to the 700 not 750 END OFF

This has already been addressed by Bungie and that a hotfix will be out to correct it. All they said was that it would be after the patch yesterday
