I bought Destiny 2 at the midnight release, and I also bought the deluxe edition so I would have all the expansions. Yesterday, I bought the collector's edition brand new at Gamestop, where I work, in order to get the emote, emblem, and sword. After trying to use the code, it said it had been used. I contacted Sony, and they said it was used as well. I don't need the expansions, but I want the emblem and sword and emote I paid for. So how am I supposed to get it if the code from a BRAND NEW product is said to have been used? I bought it specifically for the dlc....please help! They said I could regenerate a code, and I have the receipt from purchase.

  • I did, I just called them. But being that Bungie is the one who printed the code on the insert for my disc, there's no way for them to replicate that. So how to I get in touch with Bungie to receive my missing content? It's not like I'm just trying to get extra things, being that I own 3 different copies of this game. I just want what I paid for.
