Was the proc speed of Dragonfly affected in patch 2.2.0?
Am I delusional or has since the 2.2.0 patch the explosion speed been slightly delayed? I know I saw something about the dragonfly spec mod in the patch notes and was curious if anyone else was thinking this as well.
