What kind of a policy is that where you are suspended without telling why and about rdd2 its was just a joke

Or...more likely....you were punished for cheating/playing with a cheater OR for playing on an unstable connection.

Yes tell me what kind of cheating are there in ps4 never had an unstable connection and if it happens i just get kick out of the game

There are 2 reasons one can be restricted. Cheating/Playing with cheats (yes there are console cheats) and unstable connections. Connections can be unstable even if you cannot see it yourself, you may be bouncing around and almost unhittable to the enemy team (maybe even allowing a sub 1.0 player to team wipe in competitive). So, take your pick. I would think it would be the latter and would recommend spending your down time to work on your connection.

As i writed before never happened before since the lunch of d2 and then unexpectedly getting suspended that's why i believe the policy of getting suspended without telling you why its stupid also thanks for reply

You seriously don’t think cheating (i.e. lag switch, dos/ddos, ip flooding, etc) occurs across all platforms? As for unstable connection, a lot of times you may not notice your own issues...but others in the lobby do feel/see your connection’s adverse effects. Take this time to look into your connection (through your own setup, working through the Bungie network assistance guides, & possibly with ISP assistance) to ensure you have the best setup possible.

Before i play i make sure my connection is good also i never did ddsos and other stuff i played legit since year 1 with the trials of nine and then unexpectedly got suspended. Thanks for the reply tho

1. Did I ever specifically state that YOU were the one cheating? No 2. What sort of tests were you running while also playing D2? Are you on wired of wireless? What are your tested results while actively playing?
