Freedom of speech is protection from the government not from. Individuals or private companies. Freedom of speech also doesn't mean freedom from consequence

Freedom of speech is speech protection from the government. Bungie can have this clan removed on the grounds that the name breaks the code of conduct. It isn’t censorship and isn’t a violation of the 1st.
