Hello,
The jingle is very faint you might want to test it using your TV speakers not the headset.
You should make sure you have the music volume lower then the sound effects volume in your Destiny 2 settings in-game.

Thank you for the tip! I did in fact turn down music volume - almost completely off, keeping SFX at MAX... Still nothing... Nothing heard on either the headset or the TV... It's really bizarre!
