You get the same dumb shit happening when you try firing a sniper to fast as well. It's bungies idea of a bandaid for powerful weapons.

Yeah. Reload, scope, 2 seconds pass still can’t fire and eventually it fires and I miss. 😂

It's a crying shame because snipers are probably the most fun weapons to use. For me at least.
