You nerfed Devour!?
Why did you nerf it? It only restores a small chunk of health per kill now. I was using it during an enemy vs enemy event and was noticing that my health was not full regenerating per kill. The patch notes said nothing about this nerf. Way to go, Bungie! Also, why did you nerf Fists of Havoc base damage?
