I got several Pillagers, including another one just yesterday. You are experiencing the typical RNG frustration shared by many of us. Waiting months for something to drop is very discouraging.
My elusive weapon is the Jotuun. I became burnt out running forge ignitions. Now I hardly play them anymore after 200+ completions.

I hate to tell you but your 200 forge completions were a waste of time if your grinding for the jotun-the jotun only drops from powerful weapon frames from the bergusia forge-the bergusia forge only opened up on jan 9th-thats 3 weeks of powerful frames-if you ran all three toons every week and forged every powerful frame in the bergusia forge, you would only have 18 real chances of getting the jotun-the rest would just be wasting your time-sorry

The 200 completions were over a period of more than a month. I am aware of the requirements, including the 18 powerful frames from the last forge, but I have not much motivation to continue the pursuit.

200+ and no Jotünn.. Yikes.. Well, I have no luck so far in that department as well.. Thank god at least The Last Word can be achieved through a questline (but I bet there will be some form of RNG in some or at least one of the steps)..
