You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url] and check to see if that might help with your issue, then try again.

Had to grind Bergusia for it and nothing, any other suggestions? Or is it just bugged :(

Is this the secret triumph you're trying to get? I don't believe getting the Obsidian Crystal is part of the triumph.

Ok I did that a few times and nothing, even got a whole new obsidian accelerator and applied it to no avail :(
