Getting into the Leviathan underbelly
Trying to collect some Watcher Lens' for the Black Armory Key Mold however when I try to go to flip the switches in the Leviathan raid to access the underbelly the switches are not active. I have the quest but not sure what's wrong. Does one need to complete the Leviathan raid first?
