Hi there. Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. When you receive this error, does the game crash? If it does, the next time it crashes, could you link me to your DxDiag? To find this information:
• Press (Windows Key + R) to bring up the Run dialog box, enter this command “dxdiag”, no quotation marks. • Click on “save all information”. • Copy the text and use a text dump website (i.e. PasteBin.com, DumpTxt.com) to paste the information. • Create a link and post it here.
• I've also done a Windows Memory Diagnostic Test and it was a pass. https://pastebin.com/cckbvLDW

 • Hi, Thanks for your reply! Yes, it crashes now every time at the start screen after I press 'enter'. I've pasted my dxdiag dump in the following URL. https://pastebin.com/2zUkM8DE Thank you.

 • Hey again. There are two things that I found in your DxDiag. Your card, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760, can play the game, but it may have so-so performance. It appears you are receiving the error "Event name: radar_pre_leak_64" which has to do with memory. You may want to use the Windows System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files, and you may want to perform a disk check on your hard disk to make sure there are no errors.

 • Thanks for the helpful links. I've done all the steps provided but it doesn't seem to detect any problems. 1. Windows System File Checker did not return any issues. Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.523] (c) 2018 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved. C:\WINDOWS\system32>DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool Version: 10.0.17134.1 Image Version: 10.0.17134.523 [==========================100.0%==========================] The restore operation completed successfully. The operation completed successfully. C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. 2. HDD was scanned as well and no errors were found. 3. I've also done a memtest86 with 8 cycles of passes without any errors. Was wondering if there are any other ways to troubleshoot the issue? Thanks!
