Good one - Makes me think of the guy who created kyuokushin karate. Stocky and some belly! What about a fantasy match up with a prime Fedor vs Masatusu Oyama?

Idk much about him other than he was like a legendary karate dude. However, if it's karate vs. MMA, I'll take an MMA fighter all day so I'd say Fedor.

Creator of kyukushin and spent large parts of his life breaking ice bricks and rocks in solitary confinement in the wilderness. Went back into Japan after years in the wilderness and destroyed pretty much every style / dojo in Japan. Broke arms with blows even when blocked and has some documented proof for a 300 man “kumite” lasting days. His top students made 150 man kumite but never more. His style gave way to fighters like..... Andy Huug and many others, even in limited capacity to George st Pierre and Liota Machida

Interesting. How big was he? I'm curious if Fedor would have a size advantage.
Interesting. How big was he? I'm curious if Fedor would have a size advantage.
Shokei Matsui is one of his top living students and has dominated the scene while active. Fedor during pride was a heavy weight so I would give a very slight weight advantage to a Fedor. Oyama was a big guy though so a good match up. Read into kyokushin and other hard styles of karate. His is a crazy story and legacy.
