I have to log on, what is the niobe labs puzzle? Is progress locked on a time gate or something?

Sorry had to edit that for a better explanation. But not necessarily. If someone who isn't even streaming figured it out, it should supposedly be unlocked for all players.

So we have to wait for a tutorial and then do it ourselves to unlock new forge? Or does the new forge unlock for all once the first person completes the puzzle?
