I’m not a fan of the puzzle type but people definitely like it and I don’t really see how this is a streamer thing as much as it is just a Reddit thing. Everyone can solve and share ideas. It’s not like the raid releases where streamers are 30 light above everyone else.
The only thing I guess is it was released on a weekday

It’s definitely for the most hardcore of the hardcore (which some streamers happen to be a part of) I for one enjoy watching the community hive mind working together to solve such roadblocks. It’ll be unlocked eventually and I’m ok with that.

My understanding is it isn’t a destiny game skill difficult task it’s just a confusing puzzle/cypher/whatever. I don’t get how it’s a streamer event

Doesn’t matter now. It’s being unlocked for all the instant gratification needing toddlers at 2, it seems.

Problem i see is that you need to have high skills to participate and a 3 player fireteam. You have no other chance then looking the streams and get your impressions from there. First hand is likely impossible for most players.

I’ve been pretty busy lately so I haven’t been able to follow the puzzle closely but isn’t it not a game skill thing and just a puzzle solving thing? Literally anyone could do it that likes puzzles and cyphers. I don’t get how it’s ‘designed for streamers’ when I imagine it wouldn’t be very interesting to watch them guess codes. You do need skills just not destiny skills and I don’t think destiny streamers are really anymore prepared besides people helping feed them info
