You played destiny 1 after the illegal shit they did and are now quitting?
Pathetic

What illegal was done?
-
Long list, but here's a quick rundown - False advertising for d1. D2 PvP trailer was also seriously misleading, go look it up right now its -blam!-ing hilarious how misleading it was - Locking in game dlc that could be glitches into, the purchase just gave u the license to click the launch button in orbit - Bullying some of their own devs, ripping them off when Destiny was rebooted, then firing them illegally. Look up martin o Donell court case, similar thing happened to the writer/story writer/person who created the destiny universe and lore, but decided not to go to court and left instead - Locking off VANILLA content when dlc dropped. Most notably with curse of Osiris which also restricted platinum/achievements. They later changed it because they risked a lawsuit and/or Sony/Microsoft issuing out infinite refunds which they did for those that asked for them first. - Forcing ppl to repurchase content multiple times
-
I'd ask for a refund from your law school
-
i didnt go to law school dummy but hey, keep defending scams lol

Edited by Chicken RICK: 1/9/2019 1:15:47 AMNot a single thing you mentioned is against the law. You sign the agreement before anything. The one that states that you are PAYING for a service. They have the right to ban your account for any reason and there isn’t shit you can do about it If you don’t like what they do, tough shit. I CANT GET ACHIEVEMENTS SO BUNGIE IS BREAKING DA LAWWWWWZZ
-
lmfao this -blam!- "I can show game content like mercury, jupiter and saturn, then lock it behind dlc cuz of an agreement" Is this soulja boy's alt account?
-
hahahaha, that was actually pretty funny

Yah, i knew about the staff of the original Bungie team, and then forcing them out illegally. And then there is the 10 year plan, which was told by gamers, and that it would evolve in time. So was under the impression that we wouldn't be buying sequels, but rather extensions of the game.Another reason, I'm just kind of done. Activision has turned a developer like Blizzard and Bungie into a husk of what it once was.
-
Sadly What about false advertising
-
Well, False Advertising is an illegal offense, but unfortunately these days, companies like Activision gets away with it. Even the film and music industries. Some of us are stubborn to relies we are being played, and after this Annual Pass, I'm done. Wish I could get a refund, but I will not be purchasing anything with the Activision logo displayed by a developer.
-
Sight How does the film and music industry do it
-
In films, they will show you footage in a trailer, that is not even in the movie, or sometimes the trailer will depict a different plot then attended. Music, little bit tougher to dispute. I guess it would be more plagiarism than false advertising. None the less, all industries do something illegal and constantly gets away with it. And it's hurting creativity and innovation, within these industries
-
Creativity and innovation are hurt because of what?
-
Illegal practices, of variety of types.Go ask any artist.
-
eh some movies show altered scenes to not reveal the plot. not the same thing tho
-
You mean with the original bungie team, and how they got screwed over? If so, that's more of Activision, and that's why those individual left and went back to 343 industries. I just had hope for the series of Destiny, but I'm just getting burnt out of all these gimmicks.
