Yup. Leviathan is mediocre at best. Im a guardian. I hide from dogs, and run and jump to please an unknown robot voice or something (calus). Sigh.
Im currently enjoying warframe. There is a lot of shooting. basically thats all you do. But it feels fine. I actually make use of my abilities and they help me and other Tenno ( thats what the players are called).
Guns kinda matter too and there is LOTS of customization. Enemies are sensitive to certain elements. Also you upgrade your weapons and make them more effectie agaisnt shields, armor or flesh. So there is a bunch of things you can build your story around, your style, what weapons etc etc. I dont need to talk in most of the activities. Its clear what we need to do. We kill stuff and help each other out.
Load times are FAST at least compared to destiny.
I have a pet, i can customize my pet. You have drones that help you. You can do space battles.
Literally it feels that what destiny lacks in pve. Warframe kinda has it on its own way. And i doubt they have as much money as activision gave bungie.
You should try it out. It gives the player lots of room for thinking how you want to play. Its a bit grindish thou. Since its a F2P there will be parts where naturally if you buy some real money currency youll progress faster.
