Niobe Labs puzzle is dumb.
Sooooooo does anyone else find this Niobe labs puzzle thing kinda dumb? Why does bungie think we want to watch streamers figure out a puzzle?

7 RepliesI really dislike how he whole world and my personal game experience changes because someone else doesn’t work for a living and plays it before me. Why would it unlock for everyone after the first fire team, just like with Last Wish changing the dreaming city? Only one reason and it’s actually clever, but a dick move. D2 was less than 7k daily viewers on twitch. Right now they have 69k. Because people want to watch the content they won’t get to actually experience. It’s a poor substitute, and basically turns Bungie into a tv show producer instead of a game maker. No thanks, I bought it to play, not watch.

It's a numbers game. The longer they keep players in-game, the less crap Bungie takes from Activision. The season of the forge is one big time-gated time-suck designed with the purpose of keeping people doing as much of the existing content in new ways while infusing as little new content as possible. It's obvious what it is. On the other hand, no one is forcing anyone to play this content. I'm addicted to the grind, gosh darnit!

Exactly , i didnt pay to play a puzzle game or watch someone do it on twitch smh what is bungie thinking blocking us with these stupid puzzle quests that no one wants, so basicly wait till someone can do it , they should of made new missions and strikes and a raid lair along with that dlc raid and new exotic quests as we barely have any on this dumb dlc smh

Bungie can’t sell copies, so they try to bring attention to give the illusion that the game is still alive to lift sentiment a bit. On the other side Destiny’s leading imaginary boyfriends can’t play any other game, so they’re all out tonight to get some coins. Bungie’s cash flow figures will speak the truth, again, ultimately.
