Additionally, some players have reported that creating a new Windows profile has helped with this issue.
You may want to follow these steps to refresh your PC game license:

Hi, I did that but it didn't fix the error. I still receive the error... I already deinstalled the game, the battle net app, restarted everything and followed other instructions I found online... Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried creating a new Windows profile to launch the game?
