Lockout of akunt after restart of weekly activities 18.12.2018
Здравствуйте сотрудники техподдержки Bungi. Дело в том что после недельного ресета выполнял еженедельные рубежи после прохождения второго задания у Икоры меня выкинуло из игры при попытке зайти пишет учетная запись заблокирована и отправляет на статью на сайте. что теперь делать не знаю использую Дискорд ну и ютуб на фоне... не понимаю причину Блокировки. За что меня забанили и какие действия предринять для решения

I have already bought the game again and it doesn’t ban me even though all the software is the same as 12/18/2018 can still be a problem in some kind of malfunction? sort it out, please don't want to spend so much time on the farm again.

Hello, please answer for what I was banned? If this is a program, that I would delete it and when buying the Norwegian version I was not banned again. Of course I would like to return the account.
