Thanks but I’ve already tried all this a couple times throughout the day dunno what else to do.

Try opening the Edge browser app on your Xbox and try to browse to any website. Instead of the website, the first screen will be the BT Internet sign in screen. Sign in to this screen and complete the set-up. Once this is done just exit Edge and launch Destiny
