Hey there,
Appreciate you reaching out to us with this issue. If you are running into an issue with your download progress I would recommend restarting your pc, router, modem and any other components related to your internet access. Also, run any updates pending for battle.net before attempting to download the Forsaken update.

I've got the exact same problem and have tried all of the above ideas. Still wont get past initializing. It eventually gives up and just shows the update button again. Strangely, Windows Update cant find its update server either, I wonder in the person above is seeing this weird issue too. Everything else internet related it working fine on my PC and other devices connected to the same ISP.
