This worked for me. At the beginning of forsaken I got one exotic drop. After that I had continuous duplicates literally for 2 1/2 months. The drop rate seemed to have gone down to every 2 weeks. I got ceberus after the fix, however, once again the drop rate was scarce and I got duplicates following. I should mention here that I did not do the raid. Every other milestone was completed. I have three characters. I did not have this issue prior to forsaken. So, i kept asking what had changed. I checked alot of things and finally became convinced it is because I changed my game share option to another xbox. After switching back to a friend who I previously game shared with i got three new exotics within a 15 hour period. One was literally as soon as we changed the settings. I signed in, turned in a milestone, got a new exotic. I have gotten two more since then. Hope this helps.
