  • Both. Wind is an umbrella term for everything that uses air to produce sound. Percussion is using something hitting something to make noise, which is why piano is a percussion instrument. (Technically)

  • I’m not sure, but I think no. When you press the keys, the hammer strikes a string, but uses impact, instead of vibration.
