So kill the 3 smaller servitors at the start of the boss wave.
only 3 spawn.
I always kill all 3 of them in 10 seconds then focus the boss.

Are you sure none spawn I'm not sure if I bothered killing them assuming they would respawn like everything else.

No...only 3 spawn i the entire boss phase. Also. Supers kill immune servitors.
