Trouble Ticket System to Report Probelms

I purchased Foresaken Complete Collection for PC ($99.99 at Blizzard) at the time of purchase the write-up stated "You can start your download next time you log-in to the Blizzard Battle.net app" this was on 12 Nov 2018. After relogging dozens of times, still no notification of a download. Contacted Blizzard via their Trouble Ticket system, received a response back within an hour or two, the Game Master (GM) thought I had to be a certain level before the download would start. I had only been playing for a few days. Three weeks go by, I'm now a Character lever 50 Armor/Weapon level 506 still no download, no Digital-Goodies promised by the promotion. Contacted Blizzard, referencing the Ticket Number. A different GM suggested I go to Bungie for help and provided a link to Bungie Help, I created a Forum Topic 'Destiny 2 on PC'. As of this morning, there is no indication anyone has read it. Continued to search the internet for possible solutions I have completed Destiny 2 storyline, I have viewed all the Credits for the game. I can go to the tower, this is the only new place on my Destination Map There are no new missions being offered and the storyline doesn't appear to be there anymore. Yesterday I tried a different angle after reading a suggestion online (Reddit) to use Social Media to contact company's for help. The only social media I look at is Twitter, so I tweeted @Blizzardcs & @Bungiehelp. I have received response from Blizzard already, referencing the Trouble Ticket Number so whoever can look at what I have a problem with - not that they have corrected it yet, nothing from Bungie yet. But the downside of using Twitter is the character limit - difficult to describe the frustration someone is experiencing when they purchase something and nothing is provided in return and no one Listens. I play destiny 2 every evening for several hours I like the game but re-doing the same Patrols and Public Events day after day, is getting old. I want to continue the Storyline, The latest Blizzard response to my Trouble Ticket "
Thank you for contacting us at Blizzard Entertainment. Specialist Game Master XXXXX here, I'll be assisting with your ticket today. Thanks for also being so patient as it gave us some time to look into this. While we did help Bungie with releasing Destiny 2 for the PC platform, that is the extent of our scope of support for the game. It would be a completely different story if Blizzard Entertainment was the company that designed and developed the game. What we are able to assist with is purchasing and installation of the game client. Once the play button is pressed it is then out of our hands and would need Bungie's assistance. Please reach out to Bungie support here https://www.bungie.net/en/pub/contactus"
a different link than previously provided. Can someone please let me know, what I have to complete to trigger the software to be downloaded to my system. (Most of the above has already been submitted to you in the Forum Topic). By having a Trouble Ticket System a Customer wouldn't have to re-explain the problem and your Mentor's wouldn't necesarily have to put up with the whining and name calling and that is occurring in the Forums. Thank you
