I have the same problem :( I got the PS3 version used in May. It says "The Taken King" on the title screen but when I try to access any of the expansion missions it gives me a paywall. I understood that I already own the content

I have decided just too buy 'The Taken King' again plus a few other things, so I could enjoy the whole experience.

Did you finish the first mission?

I completed the whole story missions, a few crucible matches, strikes, and patrols. All 'The Taken Kings' missions, strikes, etc. are locked.
