Hi. Thanks for your report. If you are on a wireless connection, a wired connection is recommended to play Destiny. If your internet connection is being used for anything else besides playing the game, such as watching a movie or streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. Clearing your console cache or Performing a Scan and Repair in the Battle.net app 2. Power cycling your internet router 3. Review our guide on improving latency and packet loss to see if that might help 4. Following our Network Troubleshooting Guide for best optimizing your connection to Destiny. • Hi, Thanks for the reply. I am using a wired connection. I have a 150Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. My ping averages 10ms and my Jitter is 2ms. I am using Ryzen 1700x with an ASUS ROG STIX B350 board and an 8 gig Asus RX480. I am using the onboard network adaptor. It is connected to Asus AC-1900 router which connects to a Netgear Cable Modem. Destiny is the only game I am having any issues with. Overwatch, Seige, etc all work with no issues. I have always had a problem with Destiny. For my troubleshooting, I have tried two different wireless adaptors and had the same issues. I have removed the router out of the equation and connected my PC directly to modem and it did not resolve my issue. I have and Xbox One and an Xbox One X that both Destiny installed and they do not have any problems connecting through the same network system. Both of my brothers have Destiny on their PC's and connect to our router with no issues also. I have also taken one of their PC's and plugged it up to my wired connection and theirs worked. I have uninstalled and re-installed the game 3 times and that has not worked. (Plus that is using a lot of data at a large expense to have to continue to download this game.) I have setup a static IP address and forwarded all of the recommended ports. I have also uninstalled norton, disabled my firewalls, and set my PC up in the DMZ. None of this has worked. Destiny has given me this problem since I bought the game. I was originally able to very rarly occasionally play the game by disabling and enabling my network adaptor. This has not worked since June. I am really frustrated and I need some help. Can you tell me how to access the log files and help me analyze them so I can discover the problem. Thanks.
