This is a great idea and would certainly lessen the impact of carries and make Trials more balanced towards the end of the weekend, in theory. The problem is that paid carry services also offer 'recoveries' where they play on your account, so there would just be a spike of bad players suddenly being godly in trials.

That's true they could be on the lookout for stuff like that. Blizzard had to take measures to stop Smurfers back in the day meaning people who would purposefully lower their rank so they could stomp on lower people.
