You may want to review our BUFFALO help article for tips that may help with this issue.
You may also want to try opening the battle.net launcher "Settings" and change the
"When I open a game" option to "close the battle.net launcher completely" option.

The poster said very obviously in his post that he already tried everything in the help article. Also, the help article itself says to come to this forum when nothing works, so why would you assume that people haven't read the "help" article when they post on here? Also that other solution doesn't work, just FYI.
