Same here, but the solution above didn't work.... I just bought it but if this game doesn't work I'll ask a refund...

Edited by Horizon2807: 11/20/2018 11:00:04 AMI feel you. I bought the game when it launched in 2017 along with the first 2 DLCs since I loved the first Destiny on PS4. It was really disappointing to find out that I couldn't play it and seeing every possible fix on the internet fail...hopefully after all this time I'll be able to enjoy the game (I bought a 50€ Netgear router, should get it by tomorrow). I'll update this post when (hopefully) it'll work.
