  • I was able to go through the Nvidia Geforce Experience and changed it to Windowed mode for the display settings through the GeForce software. That has made it so I can at least play. This issue really needs to be fixed though. As I recall I had this issue a while back but don't remember how I fixed it originally. This is the only game I have that does this...

Tell me more, please, what should I do in GeForce Expirience? Will it help to run the game in full screen mode? Or are you talking about the window without frame? On the Internet I have seen a large number of people with this problem.

It only works if you have a Nvidia gpu, I don't know 100% but there may be a way to do it with ATI cards if they have a similar software. 1. Find the 'GeForce Experience' icon among your System Tray icons (near your clock on the Windows toolbar). You can also find it through your Applications List located off the "Windows" icon on the Toolbar if you don't see it in the system tray. If it's not installed you can download it from the Nvidia website. 2. Once it opens the window for GeForce Experience, you should see two menus options in the top left. Click on the "Home" button. Dependent on how you have the sorting setup, you should by default see a list of all your games recognized by Nvidia on the left. 3. Find and click on Destiny 2, select it. 4. Once it loads the right frame with the preview of game images, you should see a "Revert" button next to that a "wrench" icon. Click on the wrench icon (tooltip will show it as "Custom Settings"). 5. From there you can select "Borderless Window", under "Display Mode" in the "Custom Settings" panel that pops-up. Then hit "Apply". You should be able to at least load the game and play from that, you can at least get into the in-game display options and make adjustments on resolution and such from there. But as far as I know from my experience so far, I've had to keep it in "Borderless Window" mode to be able to play. Kinda nice anyway cause I can interact with my 2nd display while playing anyway.
