Law suit, it's the only way. Their ToS means nothing when they don't uphold what's a responsibility they should be assuming. I'm working on one myself for the same issue.

If you could somehow show standing, perhaps cause & damages outside scope of ToS, and get a class certified, MDL (Multi-Disctrict Litigation) will get their attention real fast.

As stated, I went by the ToS in my actions, they have refused to. As stated, this is all documented.
