  • Freedom of information act would beg to differ since ddos is actually considered an act of terrorism in most cases even if it's swatting or in a game. Them sweeping it under the rug in the case of people paying money for Luna's it is also shady.

  • They're not supposed to do that either, there are privacy regulations they have to adhere to. If a client is doing something that violates the agreement they sign with the ISP they can take steps behind the scenes but they're never going to acknowledge it.

  • Ah -blam!- that. So they cant go after the attacker but do they notify the authorities who deal with cyber-crimes?
