You’re confused though about suing and bringing criminal charges. To sue, you have to have been damaged. The County DA or US AG brings criminal charges.

I’m simply saying that unless you have sustained personal, economic damages, then you can sue, but it won’t make sense. At all. What will you sue for? A good time? You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about.

What will I sue for? For letting cheaters roam free and not allowing players to present proof to the game’s creators. I wouldn’t be suing for money or anything. I’d sue to have the game company put in effort to either remove cheaters and/or do something to prevent them. Also, I stated my own thought in my original comment. I still ONLY asked a question. Everything after my question is just an opinion and my own thoughts. None of it is based on evidence or facts of anything I’ve read or thought about.
