Doesn't matter Bungie has made it clear they do not know how to create balanced or captivating, challenging content. Destiny is dying, may it rest in peace.
This game attracts the most toxic level of losers in existence then caters to them. Just look at the World's first and that tells you that Bungie has no loyalty to its customers only to advancing their agenda. Unfortunately, it is turning out to be that Bungie's agenda is to go out of business.

Has it ever occurred to you that playing the game and grinding and more time= more loot/progression is the POINT of the game? That's like crying to the developers of Dark Souls and crying saying that it's TOO HARD even though that's the point of the game. Bungie pushes players to play with other players. Every activity is supportive of this. Thats why Bungie has a clean system in the first place. So that it's easier for people find others. Being a solo player is an outlier. People like this refuse to do the raid because they don't want to play with others, but you're LITERALLY your own enemy at this point. This game wasn't made for solo players. Solo players just came out of no where demanding that the entire algorithm to the game should be changed to cater to them. But then Year 1 was super easy. Casuals were pleased and hardcore players stopped playing because they did everything. There were barely any quests or guns worth going for. Now there is stuff to go for. More time required to progress. That's the point of the game. People who expect to get on for two hours and get an exotic and hop off or get their entire list of milestones done in 30 minutes are crazy to think that this type of game should be this way. More time=more progress. It's just the way that bungie handles the game more than anything.

Edited by Sen: 11/6/2018 1:58:09 PMDark Souls isn't my cup of tea. But I played Hollow Knight which is a 2D Dark Souls/Metroid game. I 100% it, but you can do more. The HARDEST boss ever. The final FINAL boss. A bullet hell combined with multiple other attacks at the same time. Then add platforming and a very specific upgrade build required to get the job done at a norm pace. Basically, imagine shooting a boss in destiny but you only had an auto rifle. You'd be there for 2 hours. I would need a walkthrough for Dark Souls.

I don't think I've played Hollow Knight but it sounds terrifyingly difficult, if I'm stuck on Dark Souls then probably not much point in me trying Hollow Knight. Dark Souls 3 is the easiest one, the first Dark Souls is the most difficult.
