That is a variant of the gambit emblem. Inspect it to find/use the variants.

How do I inspect it? It's not in my inventory

You inspect the main emblem (in this case, the Playin The Odds emblem) to see/use any acquired variants. You don’t/can’t inspect the variant version since it’s not an emblem itself.
