Hello. Thanks for your report. You may want to review our BUFFALO error code article for troubleshooting steps. If that didn't help, you may want to follow the below steps, which might help with your issue:
1. Completely uninstall both Destiny 2 and the Battle.net application 2. Delete the following local cache/settings directories:
- %PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Battle.net – %LOCALAPPDATA%\Battle.net – %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC *WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc. The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory.
3. Reinstall the Battle.net app and Destiny 2
UPDATE! I managed to get the game to work, someone on reddit said I should setup a broadband connection in my PC's internet settings. So I did, and now my Destiny 2 works perfectly fine! I dont know if itll be any help to anyone else but here are the steps I took: - Go to : - Control panel - Network and sharing centre - Set up a new connection or network - Connect to the Internet - Set up a new connection anyway - Broadband (PPPoE) - Username: "admin" - Password: "admin" - Connection name: doesnt matter - Check 'allow other people to use this connection' - Connect! It gave some kind of error for me, dont remember what it said exactly, but I just clicked on 'continue anyway' I fired up Destiny 2 after this, poof, problem solved! Thanks and good luck! Hello BNGHelp6, Thanks for the quick reply. First off Id like to note that I dont see any troubleshooting steps on the BUFFALO error code article you pointed out. I then moved on to the steps you mentioned, uninstalling both destiny 2 and battlenet, deleting the local cache/settings directories and reinstalling both programs. Even did a full PC restart after each step and double checking if all the files were truly deleted. Unfortunately this did not resolve the issue for me, Im still getting the buffalo error code. Kind regards, SakkieNakkie
