Hello, please remove your email. This is a public forum that anyone can access and Bungie will not contact you from the forum via your personal details.
When you click the send code to email and the box pops up showing the email it is sent to is that all correct?
Have you checked your spam folders?

I have this exact problem. I completed the event within the specified time frame, have a verified email and clicked, and confirmed, the button; but no T-shirt code is sent.

Did you check spam folders? Have you tried using a different email type? Gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc?

I have checked my spam. It is also not possible to try with different mail provider now since the code request link is not available anymore. I'll just hope it will arrive eventually.
