We are aware of the Clan XP issue and are investigating.
What Triumph progress issues are you having?

No progress is being reported.. Either through the app or in game.. All 3 of my characters have completed the campaign

Interesting. You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url] to see if that might help with your issue.

My console spends most of its time physically powered off, so if I read the help article correctly, it would be cleared each time I play destiny 2? I play on PS4. How would clearing the console cache affect the D2 companion on Android?

Oh, it's only the Companion app that is affected?
