Teslesto is where the other fusions should be. Consitent and usable outside of shotgun range. Non of them are, which is the problem. Shotguns themselves well, get a good role on them longer ranged ones and you be sniping people way more reliably then any fusion rifle could hope to do. Personally fusions in D2 are surprisingly more shit then they were in D1. At least they were reliably inconsistent in D1. Some fusions you can't 2 tap point blank with them because of the shotty hit detection shrugging off your bolts.

  • get yourself an erentil, a decent (not a god roll those go further) goes about 25 meters if you know how to use a fusion, a god roll (like mine) goes up to 30 meter with relative consistency.

  • Still not sure what a God role fusion is in D2. I was a God with fusions in D1, right now though only like 3 are viable and erentil drops from 1 place. I've been looking for 1.

erentil with 1)any sight, pick the one you like though generally long zoom is better for damage drop off. 2)liquid coils, the 1 point of extra damage is neede for consistency 3) there's a couple of choices here, but the most consistent is under pressure as you can have 5 in the mag and start with 2, snapshot and hip fire grip are fine though 4)here it depends what you want, for sniping take high impact reserves, and for the reactionary plays get backup plan, rangefinder will do fine though ok i'm going to elaborate on the 3rd here first, under pressure gives you more stability the lower your magazine, so when you spawn with 2 ammo you get extra stability and thus an easier time hitting bolts. snapshot is a good perk in general on fusions for staying mobile while charging and snapshotting when firing, hip fire grip may still reduce spread when you scope in as you fire i dunno i haven't dropped one to test this deed seem to work in D1 so i'm assuming it does in d2. now elaborating on the 4th high impact reserves will push the damage on your second to last shot by 1 and your last by 2 PER BOLT, this is amazing if you do some ammo management and only ever keep 2 in the magazine, backup plans basically gives you a plan c which is nice but not my thing, and rangefinder has always been a good perk on fusions so i don't see how it wouldn't be now. i have an erentil with 1)jolt ps as the scope which is a short zoom one but i got 2 of those so i didn't have a choice this one did add range though 2)liquid coils, extra damage is best damage 3)under pressure, for the stability and 4) high impact reserves this thing when shot with only liquid coils will do 49 per bolt, 50 with high impact reserves on my first shot and 51 on my second, making for the best fusion in the game that isn't telesto. hope i helped, getting a similar roll on a main ingredient will bring you far too i have liquid coils high impact reserves on one and it does a great job at shotgun killing. P.S.
erentil has a recoil direction of 60 so it needs a counterbalance mod. main ingredient has 74 which is managable but i'd still put one on though.
• I would like to be able to use a primary without having to worry about getting 30m OHK'd every 30 seconds please and thank you lol. I do disgusting shit with fusions already... and I dont need telesto to do it.. I cant imagine how broken the crucible would be if they got buffed.
