  • I finally opened the game, opened it with the windows task manager to check if everything was ok, I realized that when I started the game I would open a program called YjEwMDE1MmVlYWMz, I have no idea what it is but I just finished the task and deleted it from the files and programs, and then the game was up and running again. if anyone knows what it is, please help, because more people may have the same problem. thankful.

    yes, I still have not solved my problem until I gave up the game and tried again, at the moment I'm downloading the game again. I tried connecting the 4g network of my cell phone and a couple of 2 different handsets, and nothing solved.

  • Look, I did this yesterday, I uninstalled the game completely, including the batle.net application, I downloaded the game all day again, and right after the installation I tried to connect but it continued the same thing, I went back to the default settings. my router, I connected my pc in a network cable to check if it was a problem in the wifi adapter, but still giving the same message, I will send a link of a print that I gave the screen to see the message, it is the only thing that appears, I already made several different configurations on my pc, either putting a fixed ip, or activating the ports, but I still could not connect, which I think is strange is that I played normally the one week after, and after the 29 of September I could no longer connect in any way, even trying to connect to other networks he gives me the same message, and I did not make any kind of modification in my hardware or software, I am suspicious that my account has some p roblema because it is the ip that I connect, he gives the same message, I have no conditions to try to access another pc, but even if I try that would be good, after all, it's in the pc that has to function and I've never had this kind of problem with other games.

  • Usually random character files running in the background are payload files from malware or virus. You can terminate and delete it, but it will regenerate upon restarting the computer because there is another file somewhere that is actually creating or downloading the payload file(s) - your pic indicates there are a couple of payloads possibly (which is also not abnormal) On very rare occasions some legit programs will create these types of files, but not generally since they could get mistaken for payloads, and there's no reason for random character files, except to try and hide it or mask it. I also can't see that you are running any type of legit or full time AV security To err on the side of caution, regardless of whether you already have a security solution in place, download something like TrendMicro Housecall and have it do a full scan of your system. It is a standalone scanner that updates itself every time it is run so it really can't be affected by smart virii, like other solutions can. It is also free. Let it run the full scan and just leave your system alone until completed - it may take a while. If it is clean, you still need to figure out where those files are coming from, but at least you should be satisfied you are not infected with anything.

  • Thanks for the tip, I'm going to download and scan it, I managed to disable it and the files continue it, and if I delete it it reappears activated, as you said, you should have another program installed, I already cleaned here programs that were installed in same time but nothing has changed any novelty return.
