Did you check your spam folder? I ordered the soundtrack the week of the launch because I finished the campaign on that week and I received the soundtrack with no issues personally you should contact the Bungie store not contact bungie.net no one will be able to help you you need to contact the Bungie store customer service department and submit a report with your order number as well as explain what happened maybe when you ordered it you put in the wrong email and if you did they can correct it it's no big deal but anytime you order something from a company that you contact the customer service department not the companies forums lol

  • Maybe I should have been clearer, but I was unable to get the code to place the order in the first place. The redemption link expired before I even had the chance to place an order. If I'd made the order, I see your point. I didn't have the option, is what I'm saying, which is a Bungie.net complaint even if no one addresses it.

  • Yeah but if it's a complaint relation to the Bungie store you were supposed to contact the Bungie store not contact bungie.net forums just tell them what you just told me
