I watched a streamer with heavy finder on run out of primary a few times over waiting on a heavy drop so who knows I think they work where Bungie wants them to work. I notice in most lower activities they cause it to rain ammo but bungie considers a lack of ammo adding difficulty in the game.....

I'm quite sure that finder doesn't work in gambit, or maybe I was just unluck? And what about scavenger?

The strategy I work with us have a decent amount and they give more, have little and they don't drop any. It's a way to work the system
