The anger you can handle. Just find an outlet that is safe, I recommend boxing because you get to hit shit and they will quickly teach you the right way to hit shit so you do not injure yourself. When the anger reaches a certain point, you walk out and put in some time on the bag, enough time that you are ready to fall down and sleep. It removes the physical impetus to attack another human being. Once that is done, then look at possibly Tai Chi. I have never been able to sit and meditate, my mind goes too fast for that, but I have found other ways to achieve that, like target shooting on longer ranges, racing, doing something creative. I am a rage monster. I live in a perpetual state of mental lockdown. I have years and years of anger management courses under my belt and it is still hard. You can do it Hoss, in every single way, you can beat all of this and look pretty afterwards!
