You aren't a loyal customer if you didn't buy and play the dlc as they came out.

  • So go play something else.

  • Why though? I've paid for the product, it makes no sense to play something else. I won't be buying anything else and I will continue to voice my frustrations along with everyone else.

  • What frustrations?

  • There's bugs in the subclass trees that are both new and have existed since launch. There's seemingly no matchmaking in PvP to help with connection or if there is, they system is so flawed that it's practically not existent. Ammo economy in PvE is inconsistent, I can have 3 pieces of heavy ammo finder and drop none, have no heavy ammo finder and drop plenty. Finally the masterwork core system. There's far too few ways to reliably get masterwork cores considering g you need 17 to masterwork a weapon and you need 2 per infusion. Overall it feels like the game wasn't properly tested before launch. Yes, we have a shit tonne of lore which is fantastic and I'm over the moon that we have it and I enjoyed the story... But I can't help but feel like we are doing half the testing that could have been done before launch and I know they're working on this stuff but I for one can't shake the feeling that we'll be waiting half a year for even half of these things to be fixed, and then there's just gonna be new issues created by the patch...

That's 3 really easy fixes, 1 of which is coming. Just chill ya britches, no need to get that pissed off about. And if those little things make you feel ripped off then you have to seriously reevaluate yourself.

  • There's more that I won't bother listing. It's mainly that but guess are doing what they've been doing since the beginning of D2. They aren't learning. Next we'll get another event where eververse ruins it again. It's a cycle. Also, I think I'm allowed to feel pretty pissed as I've dumped hundreds of dollars into D2 for all this shit. We shouldn't be buying a game just so that Bungie can fix it and make it what it always should have been from the beginning. They should be giving a complete product.

  • Live games cannot ever and will not ever be a complete game. That's not how gaming works now mate. The sooner you understand that the better you'll feel. Sounds to me like you want them to make mistakes so you can be pissed about it. Most people are very happy with the way forsaken turned out, you haters are finding less and less to stand out and be pissed about. In short, leave or stay and just ride it out.

  • I know that's not how gaming works and I'm not meaning a 100% complete product. I very much do NOT want these mistakes made, I want to continue to enjoy destiny. What they released in forsaken wasn't complete, the expansion itself still feels like it has too much wrong with it. If Bungie had tested some of these things, they'd have known about half of these existing bugs before the expansion even launched and we wouldn't have these problems would we?

  • I don't think you appreciate what goes into launching games and expansions these days but I do agree that more testing needs to be done. But even the most stringent of testers won't find everything.

  • Oh for sure they can't find everything, nor do I expect them to. I can appreciate how much time and effort goes into it, I'm just tired of Bungie repeating the same mistakes. At least you agree that more testing can be done. All that being said, I am amazed at how much effort that they've put into things like the lore and I am extremely happy that I can use fusion rifles and shotguns in PvE again with my sleeper. It's just unfortunately easier to nitpick at some of the problems.
