Looks like a failed attempt at reproducing Frontier game mode from Battlefield.

That is how it feels. My team can completely dominate the capture, but for some reason the 2nd phase feels so punishing if you were to get team wiped during the hacking phase. It is almost demoralizing after that.

Tbh, i didn't play it yet since i'm at work, but from what i saw on stream, yeah..i'll probably pass on it.
