Hey there, So what I would first recommend is shutting down all extra background programs first and then playing destiny 2 in admin mode to see if this is being caused by another program running in the background. Also, I noticed some windows OS based programs hitting some errors in your dxdiag. I would check if possibly a rollback in your last update or a pending update could resolve this as well.
