Read today's patch notes. This is no longer part of Petra's weekly bounties. You now only need to complete the Ascendant Challenge and Blind Well ones.

I done the other weekly off petra but still says 2, well it did until this update just broke the game

I can't confirm what it says in-game since I won't be on until later, but the patch notes says this is no longer a bounty at all.
