It want small, because of data miners we know Bungie had to raise the starting Light Level requirements by 30 points, it effectively cut off most people who would have been trying to compete for worlds first, but since they leveled legit, they were boxed out. Whereas in past raids 30K people were able to complete it within the first couple of days, Wish only had a couple dozen. So thats 99.96% of people who previously would have been in the raid, locked out. Not including the vast rest of the player base, just the usual participants.
